SC SIVA TRANS SRL, with its registered office in Horezu, Str. Tudor Vladimirescu nr. 53, Vâlcea county, CUI RO15197416, is the controller that collects and processes the personal data provided through the website www.normandiatransfer.ro.
2. Data collected and purpose
We collect the data necessary to provide the road tourist passenger transfer service and to issue the voucher: first and last name, telephone number, e-mail address, route, date and time of the trip. This data is used exclusively to process and fulfil the booking, to communicate about the trip and to issue the tax documents.
3. Payment data
Online card payments are processed exclusively by the authorised processor NETOPIA Payments. SIVA TRANS does not store your card data (number, expiry date, CVV code); these are entered directly into the secure environment of the payment processor.
4. Legal basis and retention
The processing is based on the performance of the transport contract, on your consent and on the legal (tax and transport) obligations of the controller. The data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil these purposes and to comply with the legal archiving periods.
5. Disclosure of data
The data is not processed for other purposes and is not sold. It may only be disclosed to the partner companies involved in carrying out the transfer and to the state authorities, on the basis of legal obligations. The data is not transferred to other third countries.
6. Cookies
The website uses cookies strictly necessary for its operation and, with your consent, anonymous statistics cookies to improve the experience. You can manage your preferences from the cookie banner displayed on your first visit.
7. Your rights
Under Regulation (EU) 679/2016 you have: the right to information and access, to rectification or erasure of data, to restriction of processing, to data portability, the right to object and the right not to be subject to an automated individual decision. To exercise these rights you may send a written, dated and signed request to sivatranshorezu@yahoo.com; the request is resolved within a maximum of 15 days.
You have the right to address the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) or the courts of law.
8. Dispute resolution (ANPC)
As a consumer you may address the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) and you may use the alternative dispute resolution platforms: Alternative Dispute Resolution (SAL) and the European Commission's ODR platform.
